CoachFX uses an online registration process to verify that all users are legitimate. If you have purchased a CD copy of CoachFX or have downloaded this from our website (www.coachfx.com) install the software as normal. When you open CoachFX for the first time you will be asked to enter a UserID and Password. These details are determined by what type of user you are:

CD Users:
If you have a CD copy then the UserID should be provided on the CD packaging. The password will have been emailed to you on registration of the product on our website. If you have not registered your copy yet, then please do so at www.coachfx.com/register

Download Users:
If you have downloaded CoachFX from our, or a partners website the UserID and password are the ones you created on purchasing the product. When you enter and submit your login details, CoachFX will attempt to communicate with our website to confirm the authenticity of the login details. If you have a firewall installed, you may be asked whether you want to grant access to CoachFX to the internet. You MUST grant CoachFX access to the internet otherwise you will not complete the registration of CoachFX and will not be able to use the software.
